Condemnation of Pakistan’s Military Actions in Afghanistan:A Call for International Accountability

The Pakistani military has long operated as a mercenary force for global powers, engaging in actions that have inflicted severe harm upon innocent civilians in the region. Notably, the recent bombing campaign led by the Pakistani Air Force in Afghanistan, particularly in the Paktika region, constitutes a grave violation of international law. These brutal actions, which resulted in the deaths of over 46 innocent Afghan civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, must be unequivocally condemned.
The deliberate targeting of innocent Afghan civilians by the Pakistani Air Force is driven by no other motive than appeasing global powers and securing international financial aid, predominantly in the form of U.S. dollars. These attacks provide further evidence of Pakistan’s role as a mercenary state, demonstrating its unprovoked aggression and prioritization of monetary gain over human lives. Such behaviour undermines principles of justice, human rights, and international peace.
On behalf of the Sindhi nation, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of Afghan civilians martyred in these senseless attacks by Pakistan. These families, already burdened by the hardships of war, now face the irreparable loss of loved ones and devastating financial ruin caused by the indiscriminate brutality of a foreign military. We stand in solidarity with the people of Afghanistan and categorically condemn the use of military force against civilians in the strongest possible terms.
We call upon the international community, particularly the United Nations, to take immediate action to address the threats posed by Pakistan’s military operations. It is time for the global community to recognize Pakistan as a failed, rogue state whose actions pose a direct threat to regional stability and global peace. The Pakistani military, with its nuclear assets and missile capabilities, represents a severe risk to international security. The potential misuse of these weapons to fulfil self-serving political or economic objectives cannot be ignored.
We urge the United Nations to take decisive measures by placing Pakistan’s nuclear assets and missile systems under international supervision to prevent further escalation of regional tensions. Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal now poses a significant threat to regional and global peace, as the country’s military continues to act as a corrupt and criminal syndicate, actively fostering terrorism while pursuing aggressive policies.
This is a critical moment for the international community to stand for justice, accountability, and the protection of human rights. The world cannot afford to ignore the suffering of innocent civilians in Afghanistan or the grave threat Pakistan’s military poses to global peace. It is time to hold Pakistan accountable for its actions and prevent further acts of brutality and aggression.
Pakistan’s actions in Afghanistan are not only an assault on Afghan sovereignty but also a threat to the entire region. Its persistent interference in the internal affairs of neighbouring countries, coupled with its reckless use of military power, underscores its role as a destabilizing force. The global community must ensure Pakistan is held accountable and prevent it from exploiting international alliances for financial and military aid to serve its aggressive and terrorist-driven agenda.
We firmly believe that the recent bombings in Afghanistan by Pakistan necessitate the immediate seizure of Pakistan’s nuclear and missile assets by the international community. We also urge global leaders to stand in solidarity with Afghanistan, condemn Pakistan’s actions, and take decisive steps to neutralize the threats arising from its reckless behaviour. Peace in the region and the world hinges on curbing Pakistan’s rogue policies. Pakistan’s corrupt military not only enslaves historical nations but also fosters religious extremism and terrorism, while refusing to cease its aggression and bullying of neighboring states, including Afghanistan. This conduct must be stopped, and decisive action is imperative.
