Let the state of Pakistan, Punjabi imperialism, the brutal army, and broker rulers open their ears and listen: Sindh is one, like the concept of God, and will always remain one. We regard Sindh as a historic national motherland, not merely a province of an unnatural state named Pakistan.

Mohsin Rizvi, expressing the mind, intent, and language of the Pakistani state’s anti-Sindh plot and its army, has stated the historic national unity of Sindh under the guise of new provinces. This statement is not the expression of an individual’s desire or intention, but a reflection of the anti-Sindh motives, malice, and deception of the Pakistani state.

We believe that the existence, national identity, and territorial integrity of Sindh face grave threats within Pakistan, and Sindh has been reduced to a colony of Punjabi imperialism. Therefore, unless the motherland Sindhudesh is liberated from this state oppression, occupation, and slavery, the national and territorial status of Sindh will be completely dismantled.

On behalf of the national movement, we have repeatedly informed and warned the conscious Sindhi nation, political activists, intellectuals, writers, journalists, lawyers, and students that Punjab has kept Sindh colonized, enslaved, and held hostage. Consequently, the state continually misleads and divides the Sindhi nation by entangling it in various secondary issues.

At times, the water issue is brought to the fore, at times population demographics, at times the language issue, and at times the occupation of mineral resources, lands, coal, the sea, and marine islands—while we treat all these as partial aspects, expressing our anger and discontent merely through weak protests.

However, the core issue of Sindh is to wage a national liberation struggle against the colonial occupation of Sindh by Punjab within the unnatural state of Pakistan.

The conspiracies currently underway against the existence of Sindh in Pakistan represent a joint plan of the Punjabi political elite and the military establishment, aimed at merging the national existence and historic identity of Sindh into Punjab to swallow and erase Sindh forever.

Therefore, the conscious Sindhi nation must fight against colonial occupation to safeguard its national survival, territorial identity, and national dignity.

Remember that until the motherland Sindhudesh is liberated, these conspiracies of Punjabi imperialism against Sindh and the Sindhi nation will continue, and the state will keep misleading the Sindhi nation by entangling it in artificial and manufactured issues such as localized problems, linguistic divisions, fundamentalism, lawlessness, backwardness, ignorance, and fanaticism.

We state clearly to the Sindhi nation that the threat to the unity and existence of Sindh comes not from any other issue, but from the colonial occupation by Pakistan. Therefore, the Sindhi nation, especially the youth, must step forward toward a united, organized, and fearless struggle and resistance against colonial occupation for national liberation.

Under these circumstances, warning all political parties, political leaders, intellectuals, peasants, workers, students of Sindh, as well as all Sindhis residing in Sindh, India, and across the world, we declare: this is the time to liberate the motherland Sindhudesh from the colonial occupation of this state founded on forced annexation, to save and protect the existence of Sindh from the plots of this unnatural state—because Punjab wishes to buy time, whereas the Sindhi nation has no more time left to save Sindh.
